Oil Pulling, Gina Lopez and G Stuff

I heard about oil pulling somewhere. I googled it and read about it. I learned that it's good for detoxifiying and cleansing so I made a mental note to try it. But I haven't gotten around into doing it because of two things. One, I haven't really found a store that carried the oil for oil pulling. And two, I'm dilly-dallying. Probably, I dont trust myself to pull off a 20-minute oil swishing in my mouth.
But just  a week ago, I started doing it. Let me tell you a brief background.

I was invited in a bloggers meet with Ms Gina Lopez. She recently launched her G Stuff line and wanted bloggers to know about it. G Stuff products are Gina Lopez-certified. She uses them, believes in them, and swears by them. All of her products are 100% philippine made and benefits the communities that produced them because 100% of the profits go back to them. I'm a Gina Lopez believer. Ive worked with her for almost 15 years, having ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation as my account.  Ive seen how passionate, honest and sincere she is. I knew that I have to try her products because even before she met with us, I was already listening to her raves about G Stuff.

On the day of the blogger's meet, they let us sampled the taro chips and dips.  I love the davao goat cheese dip and Chef Myrna's carabao cheese and pepper dip.

There were also several products on display. I bought the lemon with tea tree variant of G Stuff's oil pulling and the massage oil with sampaguita scent.

I had the compulsion to try both right away. I took one tablespoon of the oil pulling on an empty stomach first thing the next day.  And although, it was quite a struggle at first to swish the oil in my mouth for twenty minutes, I felt that something was happening.  Something sticky and icky is strating to rise from my throat to my mouth.  I couldn't explain it. And then after twenty minutes, I spit the oil on the trash (not on the sink, please) and I brushed my teeth with regular toothpaste. My mouth feels a lot fresher, and it stayed fresh longer.  Now, every morning my mouth feels like it needs the oil pulling ritual. So I have added it to my daily regiment.

I'll share with you what's written on the bottle's label:

  1. Gstuffph.com is not accessible at the moment. Is there another way we can explore their product info? Are they still in business?
