Chicken Tacos


Tacos.  It's one of our reliable, easiest and healthiest fare.  Perfect for snack or light dinner.

Ingredients:
Taco shells (around 10 pieces)

For the taco meat:
2 tablespoons cooking oil (ours is canola oil)
5 cloves garlic - minced
1 onion - minced
1/4 kilo ground chicken breast
salt and pepper (to taste)
For the taco filling:
2 onions - chopped
2 tomatoes - chopped
1 small tub sour cream
1 bottle of store-bought salsa
1 box cheese - grated
1 small head lettuce - shredded
dash of hot sauce (optional)

Procedure:
For the taco meat:
1. In a pan, saute the garlic until slightly golden brown.
2. Saute the onion until wilted.
3. Saute the chicken breast until golden brown.
4. Add salt and pepper.
After you're done cooking the taco meat, you can now proceed with the whole taco preparation.
1. In an oven toaster, heat the taco shells for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Then put in the following into your shell:
- 1 tablespoon taco meat
- 1/2 tablespoon onion
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon salsa
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese
- some lettuce
- a dash of hot sauce

And you're ready to go! Enjoy!
