Easy Chicken Carbonara



One of my family's comfort food. No fuss. Easy to make. And definitely pork- and beef-free.



Ingredients:

500 grams spaghetti noodles - cooked according to package direction
Butter
1 garlic head - minced
1 onion - minced1 big can of whole mushrooms - sliced
1 medium sized chicken breast - boiled and flaked
1 250ml Nestle all-purpose cream
1 tall can evaporated milk
Knorr chicken cubes
Pepper (to taste)
1 box cheese - grated  (prepare 2 sets, 1 for sauce, 1 for topping)

Procedure for the Sauce:
1. Saute garlic and onion in butter until wilted.
2. Add the mushrooms.
3. Add the flaked chicken.
4. Pour in the cream and evaporated milk.  Mix well.
5. Add the grated cheese. Let it simmer over low flame.
6. Depending on your preferred serving size, you may now mix the noodle and the sauce. Top with grated cheese.
