We also watch the Cooking Nanta Show in Myeongdong. Nanta is a South Korean non-verbal comedy show that incorperates traditional samul nori (Korean percussion quartet) rhythm. It was such a revelation. It doesn't have a dialogue, but the musical mayhem brought the house down. And the kids enjoyed it too.
After the show, we rode the cable car to N. Seoul Tower. We didn't go to the tower anymore, because there were a lot of people lining up, and it was already night time. We knew we have to settle early because we had an early flight back and the bus would be waiting for us at 5:30 am.
We went home around 7pm. It was our last night in Seoul. And I still can't believe how much a country impressed me. I only have wonderful things to say about Korea, its people and its culture. I was green envy, I hope that Filipinos would have the same pride and love for their country as Koreans do. But at the same time, I'm very happy and grateful that I was able to experience with my family some of the things Korea has to offer to its visitors. I can only feel blessed.
We took the Airport Bus 6001 at 5:30am for our 8:10am flight. The bus stop at Toyoko Inn was very near Dongdaemun Inn. Ours was the first trip (I think). It was a chilly morning and the sun hasn't risen yet. It's so quiet and peaceful. And the sound I hear are just our footsteps, the clanking of our luggages' wheels and some cars passing by. The bus arrived after about 10 minutes. We paid the driver and took our seats. As the bus nears the airport, we were greeted by the rising of the sun. I love Korea especially in the morning. I'll miss it too.
