Oil-Free 'Fried' Egg

I love my eggs fried, sunny side up.  But a recent discovery made me dump the fat.  Apparently, I can "fry" my eggs with boiling water. Voila! Healthier and tastier eggs sans added calories. And very easy to do too.



INGREDIENTS:
Eggs
Water
Salt

PROCEDURE:
In a frying pan, boil some water. Put some salt. When the water boils, crack an egg. Carefully flip the egg over. After a while it would look like a fried egg. When it does, it's done!
