INGREDIENTS:
Lasagna sheets - half of the box (cook according to package direction)
For the chicken meat sauce:
olive oil
garlic (minced)
onion (sliced)
1/4 grams chicken giniling
1 tall can sliced mushroom
3 250 grams Clara Ole 3-Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
4 pcs. chicken hotdog (sliced)
dried basil (optional)
sugar, salt and pepper to taste
For the white sauce:
1/2 tub of Dari Cream Light
1 small box of Nestle All Purpose Cream
1 tablespoon flour dissolved into 3 tablespoon water (to thicken sauce)
dash of Maggi Magic Sarap
Cheese
PROCEDURE:
Cook the lasagna sheets according to package directions.
Saute garlic and onion, then put in the chicken hotdog and chicken giniling. Once these are slightly brown, put in the sliced mushroom. After a minute, pour the spaghetti sauce then lower the heat. Let it boil for about a 2 minutes then it's done.
Arrange the lasagna in a pan in this order (from bottom to top):
Lasagna sheets
Meat sauce
White Sauce
Lasagna sheets
Meat sauce
White Sauce
Lasagna sheets
Meat sauce
White Sauce
Cheese
Place pan in the oven toaster or microwave oven. When the cheese melts, it's good to go.
