My daughter is not a fan of chicken joy or chicken mcdo. But she has an ongoing love affair with Mang Inasal's chicken. Given the wide array of chicken meals to choose from, she shunned the usual deep fried chicken, fat-laden fare and decided to go to the less sinful of them all - barbecued chicken.

She's such an adult this way. I wouldn't have picked better. Mang Inasal's chicken, thigh and baticolon (gizzards) are my favorites, plus unlimited rice with atsuete oil, what more can you ask for? A steaming bowl of sinigang broth of course! Those are my triumvirate.  Satisfying I must say.
