Guyabano-Flavored Ice Candy



Here's a healthy treat for your little ones.  This frozen delight is so easy to make that you can even ask your kids to help out.


Ingredients:

Medium-sized Guyabano (Soursop), very ripe - remove the outer covering, seeds and the thick and fleshy portion in the middle

2 cups crushed ice

2 cups water

3 tablespoons sugar

Utensils:

Blender (preferably with an ice crusher)

Funnel

Procedure:

Put everything in. Blend.  You can have it as a guyabano shake or you can opt to put it in a ice candy bag for a healthy frozen treat.
