It's the day after Valentine's Day. But thanks to Ramir and R, Valentine's Day is not over... yet.

I was surprised with a candlelit dinner, a bouquet of roses and soft music from the OST of Tom Hank's Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail. To add umph, everything was set-up at our rooftop, with the stars and the moon looking down and smiling at us.

Ramir bought and prepared everything, of course with R's help.

Menu is tuna ribbon pasta, roasted chicken with asparagus, garden salad from KFC, Chocolate dipped strawberry with kiwi plus sparkling juice to booth.

I thank God for His gift of love and family. And I thank Ramir for a wonderful married life. As we danced under the moon, even if it's just for a while, my heart is filled with gratitude. Our life isn't perfect. But there will always be something to be thankful for. And if we just try to look on what we have rather than spend time contemplating on what we lack, we'll realize that we have enough.
God bless your heart Ramir Cruz. Thank you for making me realize that love and joy can be found even in the simplest things.
