1. The Pool
It's bigger than any hotel swimming pools that I've visited here in Manila. It also has a waterfall. And you can laze around as long as you like. They also have lounge chairs to rest on when you get tired. The kids had a grand time.
2. The Mini Golf
It wasn't big but it was also fun. The kids get to putt and sink golf balls on holes. We just have to stop at hole 10 or 11, (I can't remember) because Sunnie was accidentally hit by her sister with the club. So the lesson of the story is, don't let anybody stay close to the hitter because you'll never know.
3. The Proximity to other points of interest
It was a walk to the CCP, to Star City, to the Film Theater. We walk to the Harbor Square to eat. Since hotel food is expensive, we decided to just go out, walk and eat out.
4. The Breakfast Buffet
Ahhh. Probably the best we've ever been in terms of selection - Filipino, Chinese, Indian and other continental cuisine. They also have a room of full of cheese and antipasto. And the best part is the dessert bar. They serve taho and ice cream too.
5. The View
What's Sofitel Hotel without the view? They have lounge chairs, swings and rocking chairs that's good for wasting time by the bay. We went there in the afternoon to wait for the sunset. And went back after dinner to chat and goof around. Our room also has a view of the bay and MOA. Since we were there Saturday night, we got to see a fireworks show which MOA does every Friday and Saturday, 7pm.
