Easy Nutella Cookie Recipe (Just 4 Ingredients)

There's this huge bottle of Nutella spread sitting on our cupboard.  And it would expire in a couple of days. So to avoid wastage, I ran a Google search for the easiest Nutella cookie recipe.  I saw this one and tried it out with kids. It was a success.  We made some thin, crisp ones and some chewy ones too.  Both were gone in no time.  These are perfect with cold milk.  Below is the recipe which I found at http://kirbiecravings.com.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 extra large egg
1 cup Nutella (using dry measuring cup rather than the one used for liquids)
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silpat mat.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a large wooden spoon until smooth batter forms and there are no flour or egg streaks.
3. Form small round balls, slightly less than 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The dough should be enough for 13. Place on baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Split between two baking sheets so that the cookies don't stick together when they spread. Place in oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Let cookies cool on sheet before removing and eating.

Happy baking, and eating too!
