HOME-BASED PICNIC - Simple made Special

We're fortunate to have a kubo.  It gives us the parang probinsiya feel.  And sometimes, we like to savor this so that we can have a good and special time.  I came to realize that special and good doesn't necessarily mean expensive. Or should have an occasion tied with it.  Sometimes, you just need to do it... kasi wala lang. The simplest of things can be made special. And it's more encouraging because the kids indulge with you.

SUPERWOMOM's
HOME-BASED PICNIC

1.FOOD
We love to ihaw-ihaw.  And for this lunch we had grilled isaw ng manok (chicken intestines), pork chop and talong.  We also had kilawing talaba (oysters), tinolang tahong (mussel soup) and manggang hilaw.

2. AMBIANCE
For the parang-probinsiya feel, we had banana leaves rolled out on the tables.  Everyone ate sans kubyertos.  And everyone had a great time.

P.S. To R and S, remember that fun times together are priceless.  Happiness isn't tied with money.  It's always about the experience.  May you grow closer and closer each day.  Explore. Experiment. Enjoy. Together. Mahal na mahal.
